Booking paintball with us is easy. First, have a read of our Terms & Conditions and then just fill out the info below, press the Submit button and we’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm your playing date, session and organise the payment for Park Entry.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using http://www.alphapaintball.com.au website (“Service”) operated by Konig Entertainment Pty Ltd, trading as Alpha Paintball (“us”, “we” or “our”).
(“You”) includes the plural where a group booking is being made.
(“Your”) includes the plural where group bookings are being made.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditional on your acceptance of compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use this Service.
Through accessing this Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. Should you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access this Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
The Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of NSW. Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW.
All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of day or session time may not be available. Your booking is not confirmed until you have paid the Park Entry (currently $10 per person) no later than 7 working days before your playing date and received written confirmation from us by way of an email containing your booking and payment details.
If players that have not booked a session turn up on the day they may enquire about availability, but we do not guarantee availability and reserve the right to turn these players away if we are booked out.
Exclusive playing groups are available for groups that have a minimum of 30 players that have pre-paid park entry and are onsite to play at the booked arrival time. Whilst we will do our best to provide exclusive groups under these conditions we do not guarantee exclusivity and we reserve the right to add players to any group as we see fit.
Paintball is played regardless of weather conditions except in instances where reports of severe storm or other dangerous conditions have been forecasted or received. In the case of an extreme event when play cannot start or continue we will give players the opportunity to reschedule their paintball session. No other compensation will be offered or given due to weather conditions.
All Players must complete and sign a ‘Registration and Indemnity’ form and read and abide by ‘The Rules of the Game’ before commencing play.
All instructions and decisions of Alpha Paintball management and staff must be followed always.
Alpha Paintball reserves the right to remove immediately from the paintball park any person or group who in the opinion of our management or staff has breached any of these rules or is engaging in any behaviour which is unacceptable or dangerous. No refunds will be given if you are removed.
Players must be present for the safety briefing, failure to attend the safety briefing can lead to your session being cancelled and no refund will be offered.
Players cannot be under the influence of Alcohol or other drugs before or during Game play.
Refund of park entry will only be given up to 7 days before your playing date.
There is no refund, redemption or transfer of park entry for players who do not show on the day of play or for players whose Service is terminated by us for a violation of our Terms or the Rules of the Game.
There are two paintball packs available for purchase, being the Splat Pack and the Attack Pack. All players must purchase an individual Park Entry as well as an individual Paintball Pack to participate in our Service.
Packages displayed are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount voucher, tickets or 3rd party bookings.
Only paintballs purchased at Alpha Paintball on the day of play may be used on site. At the end of your session any unused paintballs must be handed back to Alpha Paintball. Unused paintballs are not refundable or transferable.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
All images of equipment on our website are for illustration purposes only and actual equipment provided to you on the day of play may vary.
Organiser bonuses apply to bookings secured with Park Entry payment more than seven days in advance of playing date and are valid only for the number of players who turn up to play at the correct time on the correct date. Organiser bonus paintballs are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. The Organiser must still purchase park entry and one of our paintball packages.
The organiser bonus displayed can not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount voucher, tickets or 3rd party bookings
All players over MUST bring Photo ID. An Australian Driver’s license or Services NSW Photo Card is best. We will also accept Passports and School I.D cards. Please note if you or anyone in your group cannot produce an approve photo ID you will not be allowed to play and you will forfeit your park entry fee.
All players must be over 12 years of age in NSW. All players under 18 must supply a signed parental/guardian consent form from our website signed by their parent or guardian to prove their age. Persons unable to prove their age will not be permitted to play.
Please not the word guardian refers to someone’s legal guardian and not just a friend or relative.
USING YOUR OWN PAINTBALL GUN OR GEAR
All private safety equipment must be submitted to Alpha Paintball management for approval prior to use. If players who possess a current Paintball Permit wish to use their own registered paintball gun they may do so after presenting to us their Paintball Permit and copy of their gun’s Certificate of Registration. Further to this your paintball gun cannot have been altered to substantially duplicate in appearance any military style firearm or been altered to propel projectiles in rapid succession (fully automatic).
Any air bottles used must be free from damage, comply with Australian Standards and have a valid date stamp.
